Word limit: 3,000 words maximum. Entries over this limit won't be accepted.

Cycle length: submissions run in 2-week windows, capped at 40 entries per cycle. Once a cycle fills, submissions close early — even if the 2 weeks aren't up yet.

What we're looking for: science fiction, in any style or subgenre. Some cycles may carry an optional theme (shown on the homepage and submission page when there is one) -- if no theme is listed, any sci-fi story is welcome.

AI-assisted work: allowed. There's a checkbox on the submission form asking you to disclose whether AI assisted your writing in any way. This is shown publicly next to the story if published — it doesn't affect your chances of selection.

One entry per person per cycle. Simultaneous submission to other markets is fine while under consideration — just let us know if it's accepted elsewhere so we can withdraw it from our process.

No individual feedback is given on entries that aren't selected, given the volume read each cycle.
